Here is the entry form for the tournament here in Spokane next month. I think everyone should compete as it will never get closer to home.

It is invaluable to watch yourself and see where you need to improve.

Now that the holidays are over (and all the eating is done) we are ready to get back to practice. Just a reminder to all that practice will be on Wednesday this week and hopefully all of you will be there.
My goal for this year is that more of us participate in competitions and part of that is getting prepared. Tournaments are not won at the tournament, they are won in practice with hard work!

I am pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Grisham to yellow belt.
He can now start the new year ready to work hard!

I just wanted to thank everyone for attending the Christmas party last night. In particular Sensei Marci and Sensei Anna Marie really made the party a success.
