Just a note that the Community Center is closed on Wednesday Nov. 11 for Veterans day. Because of this, there will be no practice Wednesday. We will be back next Monday.

The community center is closed Monday for Columbus day, so practice is cancelled.
We will see everyone on Wednesday.

Just a reminder that the community center is closed for Labor day so no practice today. We will be back on the mat on Wednesday.

James Weed at Newborn Jiu Jitsu Spokane has been kind enough to allow us to come to his club for a workout tonight at 6:30. This is a great opportunity to work on your mat work!

Since the Sheriff’s training center is closing we no longer have a venue for Saturday practice (I really appreciate Rich Gere arranging this for us while it lasted).
Pacific judo is having practice this Sunday if you need a judo workout over the weekend.

It looks like there is a BJJ practice at Newborn Jiu Jitsu.
I don’t know what the cost is for the class but it would probably be fun.
