Wanted to give everyone an update on the schedule for the week.
Tonight, Monday, we will have some visitors from Pacific. Practice will be at the regular time.
On Thursday, there will be no practice as it is Thanksgiving. Hopefully everyone has a nice Thanksgiving planned.
Saturday, we will have practice as usual and we will all have the chance to burn off all the food we ate on Thursday.

2022 Grassroots Judo Winter Nationals
An upcoming tournament in Southern California:
Dear Judo Family,
After two years of cancelations due to the Pandemic, the 2022 Grassroots Judo Winter Nationals Tournament is back at Azusa Pacific on December 3 and 4.
We will be hosting a hybrid Referee and Coaches Clinic on Friday December 2 and will also be hosting a Skills Clinic run by Marti Malloy and David Torres
on December 3, right after the first day of competition. Both Clinic will be held at the Venue.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the Tournament and appreciate all the support from our Judo Family.

Seiwakan Judojo in Portland is hosting a Kata Clinic on Saturday November 12
- Saturday November, 12th
- Studying Katame-no-kata and Ju-no-kata
- Clinicians: Karen Nagai Sensei (Seattle Dojo), & Blane Bellerud Sensei (Shudokan Judo Dojo)
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- $25 per attendee (if family, second is $10)
- Lunch will be provided

2022 Rainier Cup Championships
2022 Rainier Cup Championships was a tough tournament ~ our players fought hard and we’ve learned what to work on. Very grateful for our friends at Pacific Judo who supported us at the tournament ~ they are awesome !!
