Just a reminder that Monday, 12/10, practice will be at 5:30 at the Sheriff’s Training Center (see previous post for directions).

There will be no practice this Saturday 12/8 as I didn’t have a lot of interest.

Also, one of our members, Greg Kvasov, forgot to tell me today is his birthday, so Monday will be our chance to throw him.
Hopefully everyone will come to partake.

The East Central Community Center will be closed this Wednesday and Monday so we will be having practice at the Sherif’s Training Center. The times will be the same as usual (6:00 on 12/5 and 5:30 on 12/10). The location is:

10319 E. Appleway Blvd. WA 99206.
Enter the facility from the Sprague Ave. side and go up the ramp to the second floor. Map info is below:

The promotion testing went quite well last week and I wanted to congratulate all those who were promoted.

We will be taking off the next few Saturdays. We have had pretty low attendance at practice lately (where is everyone).

I will post again when we resume practicing on Saturdays.

Here is information for the 2013 Continental Crown. This tournament is a large local tournament (Seattle). This is definitely a good competition opportunity for everyone.
